Bright spots: learning self-care together

Managing a long-term condition is a skill — and like any skill, it grows with knowledge, practice, and good company.

Self-care learning networks turn hard-won experience into shared knowledge.
Our self-care learning networks give people the understanding and the tools to take more of their health into their own hands, at their own pace and on their own terms. These are not top-down courses. They are living networks where people learn together and test what works.
We follow the principle of positive deviance: finding the ‘bright spots’ already succeeding in real lives and making them visible and accessible to others. We never impose behaviour change — we support it, if and when someone wants it.
